OVERVIEW
Description
The Tapas MBA Program was establishedprincipally for those leaders and executives who deal with global business challenges, and are candidates for first-rate MBA programs but are unable to spare the required time. The program is based on the most important insights learned from courses at Columbia, Stanford and Northwestern Universities’ Business Schools. The content delivered in every session, integrates the most up-to-date theories with the actual ground-breaking events of international companies, thus imparting compelling theoretical and practical knowledge, with unparalleled intensity and speed.
The program is notdesigned to award a degree and it grants no academic credits.
The program which was developed by Itai Kohavi is offered free of charge, as a result of the desire to contribute and give back knowledge to the Start-upNation. The goal is to strengthen strategic thinking in Israeli companies. As a result, an integral aspect of this program is the opportunity given to its participants, to expand the Circle of Contribution to the community.
Why Mini MBA
Because you are interested in learning the most important principles of an MBA, but you do not intend dedicating a year or two to do so.
Because Mini MBA programs in the United States have gained a strong reputation and are in high demand by Senior Executives.
Because you are likely to ask yourselves how the founders of Microsoft, Google, Apple, Checkpoint, Dell and Facebook etc, succeeded without having a Masters in Business Administration. Tapas MBA will help you answer the questions: “What do we gain from an MBA? How necessary is it?For whom?”
Why Tapas MBA
Because this program integrates theory and its implementation and is taught by those who deal with both aspects. Tapas MBA is based on the most current and relevant courses in the leading MBA programs in the United States; however, the theoretical component is only a part of this program.Along with Theory, the program has additional value which is not studied at Business Schools, since most lecturers have never developed a product, established a Start-Up or managed an international company. At Tapas MBA, we also incorporate “Alley Cat” methods.

The Tapas MBA program combines a variety of business topics which are delivered in an informal atmosphere. The sessions make up a complete and sophisticated “meal”, just like an excellent tapas meal.
"Tapas are a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine. They may be cold (such as mixed olives and cheese) or warm (such as chopitos, which are battered, fried baby squid)… In select bars in Spain, tapas have evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine… the serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation because people are not so focused upon eating an entire meal that is set before them…” Wikipedia
